Billy and KD Richard have been married, happily, to each other for 29 years, and pastor a church in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Prior to starting their FHTM business, KD was a successful Web Developer, designing Web presence for prestigious and discriminating clients all over the U.S., and Billy was Sales Manager for a Real Estate publication, single-handedly growing that company from one publication to four, spanning three counties. Before that, he spent 25 years in Wholesale Foods Distribution, in the Corporate arena. They owned 2 wholesale distribution companies, and a seafood processing plant, shipping seafood internationally.

As pastors, Billy and KD have learned and developed the leadership skills that have placed them in such high demand as speakers and teachers. They have been on a path of personal growth for years that makes them uniquely qualified to build, teach, develop, and train leaders of leaders.
